Exchange & Refund Policy
At Figo Active, we want you to love your activewear. While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to help you find the perfect fit through our exchange process.
1. Exchange-Only Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for change-of-mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection. We exclusively offer size or style exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
2. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Free from any scents, makeup stains, or signs of wear.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged item or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you, as per local consumer guidelines.
4. How to Exchange
  1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. Pickup & Delivery: Our courier will arrive to collect the old item and deliver your new one.
  3. Fees: For standard exchanges (size/style), a flat delivery fee of 3$ applies. If the exchange is due to our error, delivery is on us.
